These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and j8ph9 ("j8ph9," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the j8ph9 website, mobile platform, and all related services available at j8ph9.best (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using the j8ph9 Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

3 Account Registration

If j8ph9 detects duplicate accounts linked to the same person, device, IP address, payment method, or household, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided and funds may be withheld.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Do not share your login details with anyone. j8ph9 cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

8 Account Suspension and Closure

j8ph9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that poses a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of account closure:

• Any genuine account balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player after a verification and investigation period.
• j8ph9 will provide notice of account closure where legally permitted to do so, though notice may be withheld if disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation.
